Located at 26 S Brady St, DuBois, PA 15801,
And Now Yoga, established in October 2021, is a small Yoga Studio offering public classes, private lessons and other wellness workshops. We share Yoga for A.N.Y body, all levels of practitioners, including Kid's/Family Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha and Vinyasa based classes.
What does And Now Yoga mean, and why is it the name of our business?
It is the first Sutra in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras (the How-To guide on Yoga), which translates loosely into "And Now the exposition of Yoga has begun." And Now Yoga means to be fully embodied in an effort to unify the body, mind and spirit, finding the Yoga of each moment, knowing Yoga is a lifestyle of betterment and liberation and not a work-out program. It means to share loving kindness (first to ourselves and then unto others), staying active in the pursuit of self-knowledge and acceptance of oneself, and seeking bliss where bliss ought to be sought (everywhere).
Naming our studio after this idea proves to be a gentle reminder of these ideals,
letting Yoga and its magic of liberation permeate all aspects of our daily lives.
In our commitment to alignment, we don't believe in a "One Size Fits All" approach to sharing Yoga,
students can expect to be met where they are, sans judgement or pressure to perform.
You are already enough, and need not ever be "more."

A 2019 graduate of Satya Yoga Teacher Training, LB has since received nearly 200hrs of training in different modalities, such as Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kid’s Yoga and even more. LB utilizes the magic of the practice of Yoga to manifest physical strength, emotional control, and a deep connection with Source Energy as experienced through her own humanity.
On her journey of the practice of the Eight Limbed Path, LB offers teachings that support students both on and off the mat. Her classes infuse unique anatomical cues with philosophical ideas, inviting students to stay ever curious as they embark upon their own journey unifying their mind, body & spirit.
Tossing aside a One-Size-Fits-All mentality, LB has the unique ability to meet each student where they are in every moment, supporting and encouraging each student to find what works best for them in their body and their practice.
“My one goal in sharing Yoga is to honor our own individual human experiences, normalizing the multitude of ways in reaching the same collective goal –
Peace & Happiness.”
Debbie received her 200hr certification from YogaFit in 2006. Through the years she has received additional certifications in Kid's Yoga, Senior Yoga, Arial Yoga, and Thai Yoga. Deb was co-owner of Yoga on Main in Brookville for five years and has taught in various other locations throughout the area.
Deb began practicing Yoga primarily for physical health and stress relief but soon experienced the holistic nature of the practice.
Debbie encourages everyone, no matter how young or old, to give Yoga a try, because the practice will grow with you, whether you're there for the benefit of stress management, cardio/circulatory health, increased flexibility, muscles strength/toning, balance/functional movement gains or just plain good energy and fun!!
Lisa Sarick has over 20 years of Yoga teaching experience. She was inititially trained and certified at the Kripalu Center in 2003. She has since run and participated in many Yoga and wellness centers in NY and PA. She is also a certified Sound Healer, meditation teacher, and an Ordained Interfaith Minister.
As a busy (and stressed out) Critical Care Nurse, Allison found Yoga many years ago. Yoga helped her find peace and connection. This led her to learn more about the practice and begin a teacher training through YogaFit. She then graduated from Anjali Yoga Teacher Training with her 200hr RYT.
She was the owner of Metta Yoga of DuBois and has also taught at other yoga spaces locally. Allison has over 20 years of experience teaching Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga and teaches a mindful, slow flow which she describes as Feel-Good Flow.
She assists her students in moving all parts of their body, connecting with their breath and allowing their mind to become a quiet observer in their practice. Trained as a Reiki Master/Teacher she brings energy realignment to Savasana.
After years of study on Ayurveda; India’s over 5,000 yr old medical system that is a sister science to Yoga, she recently became an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. She now offers Ayurvedic Consultation and will be offering Ayurvedic Workshops at And Now Yoga. She is excited to share Yoga, Reiki and Ayurveda with the community.
