Wednesdays at 7:00p - Chakra Yoga with LB: LB invites you to join her on a journey through our Chakra Energetic System, explored by means of intentional breath led movements with opportunities to find longer holds, or even restorative postures. The slower pace of this class challenges the brain-body connection, enhancing a functional use of the core (both physical & spiritual). Students can expect to leave this class feeling grounded, uplifted and blissed out! *
Sundays at 12:00p - Family Yoga with Debbie: Poses and Music and Games, Ohm My! Kids and caregivers share a fun bonding experience as they learn about Yoga while enhancing flexibility, strength, balance, body awareness and mindfulness. Students can expect to leave this class feeling connected, lighthearted and free of spirit! (This class is 60min)
Sundays at 1:30p - Strong & Steady Slow Flow Yoga with Debbie: A slower paced Vinyasa style, this class focuses on deep breathing and utilizing various props to help build strength as well as improve flexibility, balance and posture. Students can expect to leave this class feeling strong and bendy!
Sundays at 3:00p - Rest & Restore with Debbie: A gentle floor based passive Yoga style, encouraging deep relaxation and rejuvenation by holding prop-supported poses for several minutes. Students can expect to leave this class with a deeper sense of peace and self-love!
