Mondays at 7:00p - Vinyasa with LB: Join LB for a gentle challenge as she guides class through dynamic and fluid motions, enhancing the link between breath and movement. One can expect to experience a variety of poses and transitions. Staying true to her motto, "Yoga for ANY body," LB holds space for fine-tuning instructions and offers plenty of opportunities for self exploration, encouraging the utilization of props and other modifications. Students can expect to be challenged, uplifted, and leave feeling open!
Wednesdays at 4:00p - Chair Yoga with LB: Chair Yoga is accessible for all students, and is especially adaptable to those with limited mobility. During this class we'll find dynamic movements meant to build functional strength, balance and core awareness. Students can expect to leave this class feeling seen, honored and empowered! Wednesdays at 5:30p - Gentle Yoga with LB: Join LB for a mid-week respite in this Gentle Yoga class. LB utilizes slow, intentional fluid movements followed by longer held restorative postures to warm and open the body for optimal relaxation. This class is accessible to all students that feel comfortable being on the ground. Students can expect to leave this class feeling rejeuvanated and relaxed! *
Wednesdays at 7:00p - Chakra Yoga with LB: LB invites you to join her on a journey through our Chakra Energetic System, explored by means of intentional breath led movements with opportunities to find longer holds, or even restorative postures. The slower pace of this class challenges the brain-body connection, enhancing a functional use of the core (both physical & spiritual). Students can expect to leave this class feeling rejuvenated and drenched in self (& universal) love! *
Thursdays at 4:00p - Hatha Yoga with Debbie: Debbie, subbing in for Lauren, guides students through an exploration in balance. Unifying the mind, body and spirit through intentional movement and breath work exercises. Students can expect to cultivate strength, flexibility and mindfulness! *
Thursdays at 5:30p - Yin Yoga with Debbie: Yin Yoga targets our deeper connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, joints and bones using longer held postures. Debbie, subbing in for Lauren, effectively invites one to find peace and stillness, offering an almost meditative experience, giving one space to turn inward, tuning into both the mind and physical sensations in the body. Students can expect to leave class feeling that sweet yoga buzz! *
Fridays at 6:30p - Prenatal Yoga with Christina: Prenatal yoga invites gentle movement with modified postures designed for the pregnant person’s shifting balance. Peaceful centering and breathing exercises invite calm connection, while pelvic floor awareness and confidence building movements provide support both emotionally and physically. With Christina's support, one will explore the ways Yoga philosophy can help clarify one's individual intentions for their pregnancy, birth and parenting journey.
